Multiple Sleeping Options: 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 convertible chair (twin bed), and air mattresses available to sleep up to 8+ guests. Shared Outdoor Oasis: A large, gated patio with string lights, comfortable seating, and a BBQ grill area. Work & Conveniences: Fast Wi-Fi throughout, dedicated workspaces, and free on-site parking for up to 8 cars.

Guests may smoke or vape only on the patio—please dispose of debris properly. • Check-in any time after 3 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $25 each with 24-hour notice (subject to availability). • Air mattress available on request. • No parties, no loud music, and respect for neighbors at all times (quiet hours 10 p.m.–8 a.m.).

Security Cameras: For your safety and the security of all guests, we have exterior security cameras focused on the parking area and the front doorbell of the main house. There are absolutely no cameras inside the suite or in any private guest areas. The Florida Environment: Welcome to the tropics! You might see some of our local residents like small, harmless geckos or lizards outside. We have regular professional pest control to ensure a comfortable stay.
